Ordered $900.00 worth or furniture on 05-12-20. Waited 8 weeks to receive only half of my order! Still waiting 10 Weeks later, and I don't have the second set of my Rockers and Table. But the company has had my money since 05-13-20!
I cannot believe that I ordered this furniture mid June and haven't received it yet. I inquired when it would be shipped and told it would be between August 3-17th. If I had know it would take that long I would have never ordered it in the first place but I waited. Since it hasn't arrived yet I've inquired again and can't get anyone to respond. Phone lines are shut down for months and email hasn't been returned.
This is horrible customer service and taking our money before giving us an idea how long it will take is ridiculous.
GO ELSEWHERE!

Polywood furniture is one of many poly furniture options out there. We placed an order at the end of winter, and got it at the beginning of the next fall. They took our money right away though.
To apologize for the long delivery, they sent us popcorn, with a letter stating they hired more staff and opened more production facilities.
This was a lie.
We had to complete our patio, and didn't want to have to wait and miss out on another summer without furniture. We received another letter saying deliveries are faster, so we ordered two more chairs in Feb. I was just told to expect them in July.
Popcorn does not make up for this.
I've told friends and family to look somewhere else for patio furniture.

Need more pics and better descriptions. The weight rating for chairs would be nice.

Great products and the website is very easy to navigate
Easy except I didn't get any time frame for delivery

Don't bother trying! Email is the only way to contact them and they don't respond.

My experience with Polywood customer service (Rosie) had been abysmal. I have been working on ordering and subsequently getting my refund on the order for 6 months now (06/20 - 12/20).
